Delivery & Postage

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days of it being received. All orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

All prices listed below are in GBP Sterling. We deliver to most countries worldwide. For our overseas customers, please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure that the purchase meets the relevant custom regulations of your country. Any other charges that may apply (customs duty etc) at point of entry will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our parcels are sent by standard post. Should you prefer to receive your parcel using a courier service, please let us know via email or leave a note in the comments box when placing your order online.

There is no minimum or maximum order value.

• Flat rate shipping £1.40 + £0.20 for additional quantity (pack)

Please be aware that your order may not be small enough to fit through your letterbox. As a result, please give an alternate delivery address where there will be someone available to receive your order, perhaps a work address. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns for refunds unless the product is defective and it remains unopened.

Fari Products (Pvt) Ltd will not be held responsible for delays to your order due to the customer providing incorrect delivery information. If an order needs to be sent twice due to an incorrect delivery address, the charges will be passed onto the customer.
